Nichole Jones

I started my career in the insurance industry in 1999 working as a receptionist at a local insurance agency. I obtained my personal lines agent’s license in 2002 and worked as an assistant in the personal lines department. Since coming to Steven Hom Insurance I’ve passed my Fire & Casualty License as well as my Life License. My goal is to speak to families in the area about providing the best coverage for the best price available. I’m well-respected in the insurance industry and explain insurance in a way that anyone can understand. Let me assist you with your auto, home, umbrella, life, health and business insurance.

My husband Mark and I have been married for 5 years and have two wonderful sons. I was raised in the East Bay and recently purchased my first home in the area. When I’m not at work, you can find me at Disneyland with my family.

Rachelle Fong

Rachelle comes from a 20 year corporate background working with large companies as General Mills, Pepsi and Sharper Image. Her role with the company is to promote the office and be an important bridge with our insurance carriers and our clients.

Felicia Cox

Felicia Cox is a graduate of the Academy of Arts in SF and began her customer service career in 2005. Over the years she quickly learned she loves working with people. Her friendly demeanor and commitment to complete customer satisfaction make her a valuable member of the Steven Hom Insurance team.

Felicia serves at the Administrative assistant to the office as well as our social media engineer. Felicia is here to assist you with basic policy changes such as adding or removing a new vehicle, changing your mortgagee or loss payee, updating your contact information, etc. She can help you with all of your billing needs and will follow up with you if you ever have a claim to make sure that it was handled in a timely matter. Felicia will contact you once a year to make sure that we get you scheduled for your annual review with an account manager to make insure we are providing you the best coverage at the best price.

Felicia is also in charge of all of our social media avenues. She keeps our Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and You Tube profiles up to date with new things in our office and fun educational articles. With her background in film, Felicia also helps put together short videos for some of our local businesses that we insure to help promote them as an additional free service that we offer.
